Data we may process

When the website is used, the server may record technical data such as IP address, request date and time, visited URL, browser type and error information. This is used to deliver the site securely, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details and message content you provide solely to answer your enquiry or handle booking and cooperation.

Cookies and browser storage

The site stores only required preferences: the spleenn_language cookie remembers the selected language for up to 12 months, while spleenn_consent_v1 in local storage records your external-media choice. You can remove both in your browser settings.

At the date of this update, the site does not run its own advertising or analytics tags. Essential WordPress administration cookies apply only to signed-in administrators.

Spotify and external media

The Spotify player remains blocked until you choose “Allow media”. After consent, your browser connects to Spotify, which may receive your IP address and device information and use its own technologies under its policy. Consent is voluntary and is not required to use the rest of the site.

You can withdraw consent just as easily through the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom edge of the page. Links to YouTube, Apple Music and social networks connect to those services only after you click them.

Legal bases and retention

Technical server data is processed for the legitimate interest of securing and operating the website. Correspondence is processed to respond, take pre-contractual steps or perform cooperation. External media is activated on the basis of consent.

We retain data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, cooperation accounting or defence of claims. Server-log retention depends on the hosting provider’s configuration and security requirements.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object where processing relies on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
