Lukasz Zynicha co-creates SPLEENN’s organisational support structure and works as the band’s manager. His role includes shaping development, maintaining partner relations and building the conditions required for the project’s continued presence on stage.
He supports promotion, booking and live communication, connecting SPLEENN’s artistic needs with the practical side of cooperation with promoters, media and industry partners.
As an entrepreneur associated with PolTax, he contributes business and organisational experience. He supports SPLEENN’s long-term positioning while acting as a partner to its creative core and a point of contact for cooperation.
